I have given my Baleno for first service and I never got such dirty service in my fast Bimal since I am using Maruti cars for the last 15 years.
The response of call centers and service desks are kept simply calling to customers but not for the services or resolutions/corrections of issues.
I got a several calls for second free service but not received about first services issues even after it is clearly mentioned. Vehicle No: KA03 MX 6501 & my mobile: 9844015736
