"5 Stars? A perfect streak? Could this really be true?" These are the thoughts that were going through my head. now after experiencing them for myself, I'm ready to give my own rating. Do I dare break the streak?
Typically I'm a fan for setting the record of breaking streaks. I feel that I have a high expectation of quality, customer service, and expectations for an overall business. Although this sounds like common sense for some, I've found that common sense isn't so common these days.
For my recent car service, I called BIMAL AUTO- INDHIRANAGAR and spoke with them regarding service and rates. With BIMAL AUTO- Service being the first place I called for quotes, I immediately noticed that they was extremely professional and polite. The courtesy goes a long way, and that's why I decided to give my car for service with them.
Things I've noticed so far:
-Always prompt
-Always sends service plan and cost forecast
-Safe work; never any nauseated feeling that you get with some other service stations
-Extremely cost efficient!
-Super polite staffs and professional
I'm definitely a fan! BIMAL AUTO and team, thanks so much for keeping the standard high in customer satisfaction! So glad
