Giving your car to service centres is always an expensive affair. But what pissed me off was a familiar pattern I am seeing all these service centres follow. We gave our car to service centre because it was heating up. Bimal agency ended up keeping the car for 20 days and created a huge bill for the the repair and services.
When we cross checked with their rep, turns out a lot of elements in the bill were not installed and they had made a wrong bill. When I asked them to give me the correct bill copy, the rep was like no we cant do that.
These car servicing companies have created such a information asymmetry which even car manufacturers are partly responsibile for. If your car is sent to a service centre, be sure that they will cheat you!
Not going to Bimal ever again. Very very bad experience.
