I would like to use this platform to reply to the review posted on the 25 June’12 by Mr. Anil Kumar, the owner of True Value car purchased from Chennai, serviced in our Service center, though the intentions of such a review is not clear, it is definitely intended maliciously as an attack or strategically in order to damage our reputation for someone to achieve their own ends or simply there is bad blood that might be colouring the truth.
Though we believe in freedom of expression such review are damaging and are hurtful and unsettling knowing that this particular person has given 10/10 rating in his first visit and 9/10 on his second visit
We have no intention of lashing out or get even by attacking him in retaliation, but at the same time we would like to officially make a statement to all the readers that we are ready to upload the details of his visits. All the issues that the customer is complaining has been brought to his attention during his a/c repairs works and upon his non approval to carry out the repairs it has been recorded as remark on the invoice. (Customer insisted on fixing it at a later period). We are also ready to upload the ratings he gave us during the post service follow up calls.
We believe that if at all there is any truth to it then – It’s just that it has snowballed and grown out of control to the point where it is no longer representative of reality. We would like to take this opportunity to invite Mr. Anil for a discussion for any unresolved issues/ differences if any at our White Field Office.
