5. Patronizing the customer to fill up the JD power survey with positive comments. they would even sent executives home to get the feat done. Amazing, isn't it?

   
   




6. Ignoring the complaints with the answer "Even Wagon R has got the same problem". if Wagon R has the same issue, go rectify it.

   
   




7. Those who receive the car for service in Bimal knows how exactly to bounce the customer mentioning all worthless reasons.
