Bimal Nexa in the Mahadevpura Bangalore should get a award for Worst Customer Experience they are creating. First of all by paying full cash I bought Ciaz with these guys and car is all dirty and with minor scratches inside. Accessories they promised at the time of delivery was not given fully when intimated they are taking their own sweet time and not delivering. All the while I was thinking only it is a problem with sales rep Alan Chandy of same showroom.
But when I escalated the matters to his superior, Dinesh working in same showroom, he is taking time from one week and been so relaxed, not bothered to do follow up. Whenever I call him to know the status, he simply ask one thing what is accessories missing.How many times I should explain I don't understand. And today when the things heated up, this guy is literally shouting at me and saying What you can do you cant impact nothing. This is the language he used.
In spite of buying premium car from premium showroom their service level is way too low I really don't think you guys need to spend extra to create a different branding for NEXA. Its all waste. In fact treatment in other maruti showroom is far better than these.
There is no negative rating in mouthshut or else I would definitely opted for it.
