I am really glad to know that there is lots of issue with Bulldesk sorry its billdesk.com. It is one of the worst portals and service providers. The Money gets transferred immediately from our account and it does not get credited to the service provider.


I recently booked the online booking through spice jet and the online transaction took place and my bank account was debited but the spice jet never gave me a ticket nor confirmation when contacted the spice jet help line they said they have not received any confirmation of payment from bill desk and hence I need to book the ticket once again.


My efforts to contact Bill desk was absolutely in wain. It not only gave me mental torture but also time loss. As I had to come back immediately and the time was running out, I booked my ticket through the credit card and the subsequently I called the bill desk and finally someone picked up this was at 6.30 pm and they said all our customer staff has left.


I have send a mail to their partners@billdesk.com but now I am standing to loose as there is no proper response either from spice jet and billdesk.


It must be noted that all of us to jointly fight to root out these sort of scruplus people whose intention is just to cheat and make money


Please join the fight against this terror.


1- Inform all their prospective partners and associates on what fraud activities that they are doing.


2- Send emails to all the service providers who have tied up with billdesk.


3- Make their prospective tie ups to reliase that it is not only billdesk but even the service provider who are being trapped


4- Inform the concerned govt institutions on the type of fraud that they are doing


5- Send all these feedback to bill desk so that they know what is happening
