My overall impression was excellent for Billdesk as it was the best online payments provider.this payment platform was my liking as I used it for almost all types of online transaction. but last month, when I am going to pay my insurance premium through billdesk, I got shaked. I saw that the money from my alloted bank account was debited. but payment didn't complete successfully.
then I contact with billdesk by sending email, go manually to them, although I contacted with their customer support team.i was annoyed as this is a huge amount of money but my all efforts bears no fruit. My pending transaction completed after 4 days.huh, 4 days!it's been a really long time for online transaction. frankly speaking, I could give the amount of money manually by going to the main office! this is really very irresponsible act which can't be excepted from a big company like billdesk.actually, I'll give a lot of stars for their ease of use, Design, website loading speed. all other features are user freindly. but it's main purpose is a true headache!
specially I don't wanna tell my friends to use it currrently.
