I've faced an error with the internet while transacting an amount of Rs.20K+. I've reached out to them worrying about so much of money and the Billing Desk guys are so irresponsible and ridiculous in addressing this issue.
It's been 15 days, even now they are not able to trace my transaction. The amount was debited from my Saving Account and even I've provided "Trace Number and Purchase verification number" to these guys and these set of guys are clueless about the transaction.
I would advice you guys not to experiment with your money, you cannot trust "Bill Desk." They will not support you in case of any issue.
