Hospital Staff are unprofessional, uneducated,
They do not have basic ettiquate and manner how to talk with patient and their relatives, they are not professional, full of attitude and very far away from basic manners.
Worst hospital management, nurses are not even well trained and less experience, they do not come on time.
If you ring the bell they hardly come on time
Hospital room is full of mosquito and they are not keeping the cleaning work upto mark (read it and understand)
They have charged me for Twin share ac room (semi delux next to reception area) but there was only fan, there was no ac in the room,
(If you do not trust me go to Bilal hospital and the semi delux attached to reception area) you will find it has only fan not ac, but you will be charged for ac.
Their NICU is not fully equipped , they do not have all latest machinaries in NICU and they are charging for full amount
My new born baby having high level of Jaundice and WBC was 48000 just after birth, dr did not diagnose on first day, they diagnose on next day when baby health got worst,
I hv took discharge and admitted in other hospital in Thane
You have to pay full amount but you will get poor treatment and poor service
In my opinion, do not waste your money and time here, spend few amount more and use any good hospital in THANE that will better than Bilal Hospital. You might have to struggle for traveling from Mumbra to thane but mark my word do not compromise with patient health here,
If you want to waste your hard earned money, your time and want to play and take risk with your patient health and life then choice will be yours.
