Bikaji moong daal I purchased and its really crispy and crunchy.Its hard but not extra hard and the flavor of blanched daal is intact
.We purchased from shop and enjoyed in train .The color is bright and when we chewed it , the flavor , crunchiness , taste delighted us.We carried two packets and opened another one and it was finished fast.If you travel in train , car, bus chewing this product will be a fun .
You can have it with tea or dry fruits too .The taste of oil is very suppressed that's why seems healthy and less likely to cause indigestion , bad belch or acidity .But drink plenty of water after chewing this item .
