Bikaji baat cheet papad is good as it adds taste to the main course .I bought this product repeatedly as it tasted good .it is made up of black lentils or moong daal.The taste of this I realised enriches the flavour .We have it with rice, roti or puri or simply with tea.We mainly have it in roasted form .Usually we do not have it in fried form as aroma of mustard oil spoils the taste .It contains asafoetida and black pepper and believe me the aroma of the both is felt when we enjoy the papad.
We keep it in refrigerator or outside but it never softens or gets algae on it .sodium contained in it is very low and that why it is not salty and does not spoil our fun .I bought other brands too but they were too salty to eat it.This magical papad is a must and it is crispy and crunchy so we can have fun of this food.It has fibre and good for stomach.We have it at the end of a meal.
Tastes of various food leave a lasting impression on tongue but as soon as we have it, its yummy aroma changes that .We really enjoy and do not even belch.Guests also appreciate the taste of this papad .Please buy and have fun taking this papad.It would make you purchase this papad again.
