Let me also share my worst of kind experience with so called Bigshoebazaar.com online shopping.


I had ordered a pair of Reebok shoes(Order No: 1040431) on 2nd March. Payment was done through ICICI Bank. After payment, I did not get the item even after repeated calling to Customer Care.


After two weeks I get mail which I quote "We pay a sorry in favour of you that we are not avail to dispatch your article of reebok shoes during the some problem in reebok ware house .so you give alternate shop id of different brand for right dispatching and we will dispatch with in four days definitely"


After this, I then again place order for Lee Cooper Shoes(Order No.:1144171). This time also, I called almost alternative days regarding the item and every time I am assured that item will be sent immediately.


After another two weeks, I get one more mail which I quote "Dear Customer, I thank you for trusting us with your order on Bigshoebazaar.com. With deep regret I inform you that this model is currently out of stock in the size and color you had ordered. The manufacturers of this brand have informed us that the shoe is currently out of stock and the chance of availability of this model in next 2-3 weeks is not possible."


I then ask for refund. Till today i.e. 26th May 2009, I have not received neither the item nor the refund. Further, whenever, I try to call the CustomerCare, the phones are switched off.


It has been really a frustrating experience which has caused mental agony, There are many persons who must have more than worst experience than me. I request that all such persons should come together on this space and make other aware regarding the bigshoebazaar.com online shopping.
