I've bought 10-15 products(mostly shoes) from BSB.com with price ranging from 299-4500. Although BSB claims that return/exchange is hassle free and that Customer Care are friendly, but my experience was different. In fact at one point of time I wanted to move consumer forum but one customer support by the name of Anthony who not only helped me but went out of the way to settle my issue.
Few arrogant & unfriendly Customer care staff should be immediately located/traced and get them trained by Mr. Anthony. Through this, I would like to place on record my satisfaction(made possible by Anthony) and also I wish him a very successful career.
A perfect CRM.
