Excellent services. Review on Bigshoebazaar

I am shocked to see all these reviews of the bigshoebazaar.com on the site with more than 50% of the people recommending this site for shopping and 50% not recommending it.

I would like to share my experience with shopping on Bigshoebazaar.com . I am really very very happy with the excellent customer service I recieved from them. I am an N.R.I from Canada and was on a short visit to India for my cousin's wedding...I came to India on very short notice and with out good pair of shoe...I was interested in buying good Formal shoes from Lee Cooper , to my surprise I saw this site and was amazed to see such an  variety and brands on single site with almost 20000  thousand pairs of shoes , as by written by them on the site..

Finally I ordered the shoe from them worthed 2800/- , I don'r remember the shop id now...they promised to deliver the shoe in 4 days but after 4 days they told me that it can take 4-5 days more for them to deliver the shoe...as I had only 4 days left for my cousin's wedding , I decided to buy the shoe from anywhere else , but to my surprise I recieved and call from a person name 'Sam' and he assured me that I will get the shoes in 2 days and as per the promise they delivered the shoe before the wedding....i am so amazed with their services , their customer oriented policy and  customer care support that I have decided that I will  always shop for the shoe online on this site only.....If I buy same shoes from Canada or U.S , i would have to pay around  $120 , but I got same shoes in $70 with shipping and handling included.....

I am an regular buyer of shoes and electronics online from Malmart online and canada tire...and was amazed to see the same services offered in India with such companies....i will recommend this site to  all my friends and relatives .

only one problem I suffred  in this shopping is that initially they were not been able to deliver this shoe in the promised time....but after that they countered that and won a permanent Customer...
