I tried to transfer my domain yesterday, and later it seems that due to the Privacy featured was ON for my domain with OLD registrar bigrock cancelled my order. and now asking for making this process again.
The issue again here is. the amount I purchased was different and the amount right now showing is also different.
The coupon code which I've used before is not working at this moment. so they have credited account back to my Bigrock account.
But very frustrating experience, that their system is not identified whether the domain is locked or not, and whether I was having privacy feature or not before they deduct the money. Actually they should first accept the request before charging the card.
Moreover, All Chat support not available full day whenever I've seen. Customer Care Press 1 for support then I was there on call for 30 minutes from my mobile, no one received that call. not sure what's happening with these guys and when we call them they are telling us like no.1. domain / hosting provider company. does not make any sense to this.
Rather I would recommend to go with other service providers. DO NOT BUY FROM BIGROCK They have lot of manual processes and no support.
