My website is not working from around last 48 hours, I am loosing faith of my clients. While asking about the issue, a repeated answer I am getting from Support team - "We have identified a Malware attack on these affected Windows Hosting Server.Our server admin team along with the Security team is working towards identifying and applying a security patch." with no ETA.
As I feel, Big rock has a very poor technical team and rather than improvement in any section, this organization should hire some good technical person. I never seen any IT Company with such horrible technical support.
