I had come to know about bigperx from my office hr department who had subscribed for all the employees. I was looking for a S3 and after lot of research about the mobile phone, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S 3 recently from Bigperx.
I saw the price was almost in the range of other websites like flipkart, buytheprice etc in which I am a regular buyer. Maybe even slightly costly. But since it was recommended by my HR team, I took it.
I was told I would get the mobile within 5-7 days under their standard shipping policy. I rang them up when I did not get the product on time. The person at the other end was extremely courteous and said he will get back to me.
He got back to me in quick time and it turned out that my office security had given a tough time to the courier(Working at a corporate office of 300 employees). Anyway he asked me for another address and I gave him another. It was delivered to me the same day. Shipping charges were free incidentally even for the change.
When I saw the mobile, it was superbly packed and ensured its tamper proof.
The best thing was that only when I received the product, I got a call from their customer service whether they can charge my credit card and surprisingly when I received my statement of credit card, I saw they had charged me only after the product was delivered. This was so much better than even Cash on Delivery.
From all the previous stupid and pain staking experiences from other websites, I found this one to be most genuine.
Rarely have I seen so much courtesy shown to a customer on any e-commerce vendor. Next time I need anything, Bigperx.com it will be, even if it is available in the next door shop at a cheaper price.
When I shared my experiences this time vis-à-vis other website previously, I was told by the HR manager to fill in the review after my experience and also post it as an appreciation.
Thanks to my HR to bring them to my notice.
