I am putting in this review as a warning to all. JUST BEWARE OF THIS SITE AND STAY AWAY. The site promises unlimited movies for just Rs. 299 a month. But their delivery is just pathetic, and their customer service is the worst ever.
I have become their member 6 weeks days , and I have been only suffering thanks to their awful delivery and totally uncaring customer service. Asked for a delivery on the 21st of July, till 31st July no one has turned up.
Their customer care is a joke. Have made 22 calls, with complaints All they say : "sorry sir, it will not happen again" No help offered at all. You ask to talk to the managers, and no one will come on line.They simply ignore you.
Absolutely no one cares. They promise a call back in 24 hours, and even after 11 days no one has bothered to call. I ask for cancellation. They will tell you to go to the shop and return the disc first. Is it my fault that no one has come to collect it from home.
I am now trapped in this awful scheme, and can only hope that they refund my "refundable deposit"
SO EVERYONE,
PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
SHAME ON YOU MR. ANIL AMBANI.
