Starting from good: Their collection is good(can't say Very good or Excellent as few real good titles are missing in their collection).
Bad:
1) Time and again I complained them that when I make a pickup and deliver next request on the website, Disc is never delivered. This is my 4th year with Bigflix. Seems like this would be the last year.
I had made a Pickup and Deliver next request on 11/aug/11 but when the disc was not collected and next title not delivered till 22/Aug/11, I called and complained to the customer care. Sonal(CC agent) promised me to look into the issue and give me credit of 11 days which were lost. But Till date, I did not receive any calls from their side and the credit is still pending. Every time I call them up, I get a promise of looking into the issue and call back but no response. In my last call I was told that I had requested for pickup only and my home delivery was set as NO which is not true. I had requested for pickup and deliver, I have a screen shot of this(attached). And as they say that I had requested for pickup only, did they atleast pick up the disc? NO.! They did not.! Every time a customer calls or SMSs, the service is very prompt because its a paid service with SMS costing Rs. 3. But if a customer requests on the site(free service), it is a endless wait. That means, I am not only paying for the membership, I have to pay additional to get the disc delivered. If you give Sales 10 - you end up giving Service 01. Seventymm is equally bad. My friend keeps complaining for collection and Service.
2) Not only that, they have been closing down stores with only 4 left in Delhi/NCR. I have to go from NOIDA to Gurgaon or Pitampura or Faridabad if I was to change the disc same day. Very Inconvenient.!
After seeing all this, I think I am better off with my IPTV though this also has some issues(limited channels and even more limited recordable channels). Star movies and HBO shows nice collection of movies and I can back track to view movies of last 7 days with new hindi movies coming on Zee/Sony/Star plus within 2-3 months.
