Hello friends this is 7 molwa I want to share my very bad experience with big camester.com its and medicinal online store I came to know about it by one of my friend as we are in medical students told me that he had ordered some medicines from bigchemist.com and had a good experience with this site at that time it was month of November when my mother was also suffering from blood pressure and hypertension so I had ordered some medicines from bigchemist.com they told me that the delivery what will happen that 29th of of November but on that day I did not receive my medicines So call the customer services you don't know how to handle customers they are using nonsense words while talking with me after 10 minutes of conversation that told me that your shipment has been shifted to 3rd of December when I asked the reason they give me silly reason that they don't have a proper stock of medicine what I had ordered and how I wait for 3rd of December and on that day when I receive the medicines the person who gave me the medicines did not tell me the proper precautions of using the medicines I don't know how and what kind of services they are providing us know proper customer service and also their site takes up to 5 to 7 minutes to be loaded completely and don't provide proper precautions of uses of medicines and also know proper delivery time I told this is a face backside because there was one offer there giving a big cashpointsif we made and open this site everyday they provide us one big bash point and if we do the same for 25 days we can withdraw it directly in account but when I I complete 25 big bash point and I try to transfer it to my bank they refuses and told me to donate it to some charity call to bigchemist.com this shows that they are fraud , cheaters not providing proper servicesI was very angry towards their services and after that I have any medicines from bigchemist.com
And also I want to suggest you that don't buy anything from bigchemist.com because they don't any e proper services avoid this site there are better options for online medicines purchasing rather than bibchemist.com
