I had place four orders with big-basket this week. Out of which only the first was delivered. For the remaining, BB could not delivered in time and re-scheduled to 2-3 days later. It is ridiculous to hear about such failures in delivery. Not sure why they are giving such big promotions. The customer service had mentioned that your order is out for delivery, but when I followed up again, they told, "due to operational issue the order could not be delivered.
