I ordered the products on Feb 05 under the order# BCFVO-7030629-040216 and the time slot given to me was 07:00 pm to 10:30 pm but the order was not delivered.The next day I called and they said they are sorry that delivery person was not available.And provided me another time on another order# A-ECO-7060175-050216 with time provided as 5:00 pm to 07:30 pm.
I have been waiting for my order for over 2 to 3 hours in my home, even called Customer Support.They hold my call and when they spoke the delivery person, he said he couldn`t come to my address.He said there are too many products for the order. I got frustrated from this Response and asked the Customer support to cancel the order and initiate a refund.To my frustration, they said they initiated the refund and the amount would reflect in my account with 7 days.It has been more than 7 days and when the amount didn`t appear on my bank account, I called their Customer Support this morning on 15 feb to know the status.The girl on the phone said she is checking with their backend banking team and hold the call to almost 5 minutes and when she said she is sorry that the banking team didn`t initiate the refund yet, i was blown up with anger.She said she requested to initiate a refund and it would appear in 7 days.Is this how you run your business?
You use Shahrukh Khan as a medium to promote your services and when the person pays for the services, you guys just make a mess out of everything. I am unhappy with the service and need the response from Big Basket to resolve this issue or else I am going to Consumer Court for this.
This would be my first and last experience with Big Basket.
