I ordered Mallika Mango when BB price was Rs.81/- but after delivering the item and during my free time in the evening when I check the billing. It was found that BB has invoiced at Rs. 159.51 which is double the price mentioned during the purchase.
This has been repeating for few discounted items. Hence, for every discounted items BB wants the customers to take snapshot before placing the order and after placing the order.
In the same billing I had place order for Tender coconut which was priced at 109 but on checking the billing, I found they have invoiced at Rs.170/- which is the MRP
37.5% of the order has billing error. In other words we should be prepared to contact BB for each discounted item.
