ALERT! SPOILED PRODUCTS DELIVERED BY BIG BASKET .There are many other options in the market .
This is with true experience which happened on 27th August 2016 where the order was placed for morning delivery .Among all the products, one items was found missed which was totally ignored by me .But the shocker came when I saw the below:
1 The Slim Dahi Curd( Nestle) was spoiled when I opened the pack .I had a spoon to taste and was shocked as it was product from Nestle .But I see that this product was not properly stored in warehouse by bigbasket .Even they do advertise on their arrangments to carry such items but the truth is different .
2.Ordered Amul Paneer and the packet was found opened.
Apart from that there were missing items .Well there also you can catch them, the same order which is available online is given for a hardcopy print at the stores .How can the hardcopy print order items will be different online items .Therefore they have missed it no doubt about that
I have images captured for both the spoiled curd and opened paneer packet .I have also raised this issue but for them priority is totally different .Guys just be extra careful at least with Big Basket because they are just dumping products in their warehouse but with no care of their warehouse .
