We had ordered for mutton on Bigbasket few days ago. It has been a horrible experience.
The mutton that was delivered was rotten and it was stinking once the packet was opened.

When we complained to BB customer service, their response only reconfirmed that they do NOT seem to have any quality checks and processes in place to ensure decent quality meat is picked up for delivery from their local vendors.
Very disappointed with the experience. Not at all acceptable from BB.
Prospective buyers, pls beware.
