I have ordered just 2 items both non veg. Ordered on Friday morning to be delivered on Saturday evening between 7.30 to 10.00 PM. Got an SMS at 9.55 PM saying due to operational issue it will be delivered by 11.00 PM. Waited till 11.00 PM but no delivery and no further communication.
Next morning, I called the customer support at 7.00 AM and it was confirmed it will be delivered by 8.30 AM sunday morning. Delivery guy came with Spoiled fish and the seal of the mutton was open.
Spoke to few customer service personal. All these "trained parrots" can only "say sorry and apologies" but never understand the underlying problem
