My Anger With BIGBASKET "Your organization is becoming a nonsense.First of all you take 48 hours - 72 hours to schedule a delivery. In that schedule also you take a 2 hours and 30 minutes And in that also on enquiry I am told that it will take further 45 minutes for delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous not what is the convenience I get.
Your customer care toll free people are also like parrots, they keep repeating the same words "Delivery to others is also delayed, so yous is also delayed" so who is responsible for this.
I had made plans for the evening with 7:30pm as the latest delivery time. Now what do I do, wait for the delivery or keep my commitment for the evening plans. I have already cancelled my order ones BCO-7856209-020316 due this issue of 48 hours delivery time. Not a good advertisement for you, stop paying money to the stars, invest in your systems and efficiencies.
If I am not satisfied, then no matter how much you invest in marketing in paying to superstars, I will discontinue to be your customer and I will tell many more people of my bad experience with you.Customers care created by satisfaction and not by the promotion by the stars.Bigbasket better sort things out quickly, or else the fall will be quicker than the rise.So better change yourself, or you would get changed by the customer. This is my third Bad experience, and sure wont wait for the fourth"
