This is worst site, worst service. On 3rd July 2016 I put an order for Rs.1817/-(for Eid on 7th July).They called me and said the items will be delivered in time. But nobody came. I called the customer service and the girl said "Sorry Sir." And she promised to deliver next day. Next day they themselves cancelled my order and sent me a email saying " Sir, on your request We have cancelled your order.".Then immediately they sent me another email in which they created a new order themselves with 2 items less and charged more money. I again called customer service and the guy said, due to change in the prices, we modified your order with 2 item less. Next moment I cancelled this order.
What a ridiculous company is this called BigBasket!
