I have had 4-5 terrible experiences with Big basket over the last few weeks.i have been using them for over a year now but their service quality & processes have failed miserably for a while now.I have had 2 orders over the last few weeks which has rotten vegetables.even a blind person would be able to make it out as there was fungus on them but they were delivered to me despite their so called "Quality check".
The latest in the spate was my pre paid order for the 18th of September where they conveniently forgot to deliver 2 items and conveniently forgot to refund the money as well.It was only after 2 days when I realized the mistake as I am working and my maid took the delivery that I called them & they initiated a refund. If they have not refunded within 48 hours I am sure they had no intention of doing so either.Please beware them and check each order as they have no process in place for the same .You cannot trust them for clean and honest delivery.
