For an order(SS-BBFO-11698250-170616) committed for delivery in an hour, two calls later, no one has a clue where the order is. The funny thing is that the store is 5 minutes walking distance from my house and only a migrane forced me to order. thanks for being such losers. Now I have been assure a'callback' after 15 minutes because they have'escalated' to their back-end team. You deliverable is logistics from the store to the delivery location.
