Never order from BigBasket.com. I ordered groceries and vegetables from Big Basket.com to cook dinner at 4:30pm.
I was told my order will be delivered in 90mins though they promise you a 60min delivery. No news of my order and when I called them, they say they will deliver by 9pm.
Tell me who cooks dinner at 9pm? Whats the whole purpose of using their express delivery option? I could have gone down to the local market and bought the vegetables instead. Slight rain in the area has delayed the order by 4.5hrs while I see so many bikers on the street and they were just coming from a 2km radius to deliver. They could have even taken an auto for the 2kms if they really wanted to keep to their commitment? Very bad service. Suggest you guys not to use them as I dont want anyone else to suffer and now I have to order food from a restaurant.
