Me and my few friends have a bad experience with big basket. I ordered many items from their website but there commitment was that the same will be paid in between 7am to 8 am. I waited for my order but no response. I called the customer care and they told nothing is available and order cancelled. No one informed for the same
Also once the order is delivered and amount has been paid online. Later they charge extra on account of weight and also detect money from the wallet. The quality of mangos and banana is very poor.
Better to shop from local market
