I had placed my order on the 8th of May to be delivered on 9th May between 5 to 7.30 slot.
on 9th May I not recvd any call or product which I ordered. and very next day when I checked it online it shows delivered it to me. I called the customer care thrice but they unable to answer me too and also unable to handed over the person who over senior there.
The order was cancelled automatically and I got a call from Big Basket at 9.30 stating my order could not be delivered.
Post which I called the customer service, they just said sorry for the inconvenience and didn't nothing about it, when I asked to transfer the call to the senior the call was dropped.
If any one from big basket reading this review would know what a bad experience.
