I had booked diwali gifts on 20/oct/2016 to give to my clients, 70 in number . It was done one day in advance with a delivery schedule between 9.30 am to 12 noon. Order number -
BBO-16980089-191016. Amount is 7872.25. To my surprise order never got delivered. I called them at 12:30pm then they said they are checking and finally they called for cancelling the order. I have paid this amt with Mobiwick wallet. Intially they said they will credit the amount to Big basket wallet so that I can again fall into their unreliable delivery. Then Big basket team said they will credit to mobiwick in 7 to 8 days. Just imagine the service they provide, to take money it is instant to give money back it is 7 to 8 days. As per the their webiste they have to give me 10% cash back for not delivering . They are not doing that but my money. they will give back in 7 to 8 days. It is very very bad company. Walk into any store and pick up what you want. Because of this I lost time, logistics issue for delivery of gift to my clients and money is stuck with them for a week. Do u want to go through this .please think it over.
