I tried big basket services 6-7 times in Chennai. Every time I got deceived by the poor customer care.
Most of the frozen items or cut vegetables are very bad. I tried pomengrade, cocobut, pinnaple, while opening from the packet the rotten smell comes out. Bread are by default expired once that they send. It took hours to call customer care, rather than trying to resolve the issue they will argue with you.
Worst part is payment gateway, The coupen code of 200-300 rupee never works, all your online order gets converted to COD automatically, which you can not cancel 90% of time. In case you will succeed in cancelling they will charge 30/- as cancellation charges, Stay away from such frauds,
