F@#$king chuts. First of all they schedule my groceries to be delivered after 2 days. Then on the day of delivery, I picked the early morning timing, they send a sms confirming the time and delivery.
Then no news.
Absolutely no news or sms till evening.
Evening, when I call the helpline, only then they tell me my order was cancelled by them and rescheduled for the next day 7-10pm types schedule. All this decided by they themselves. So I ask them if one was supposed to wait for them to show up at their own convenience. And I promptly cancel the order running in 4 digits.
Then they say the money will be refunded in my account at their site, to be used in future shopping. Why the hell would I want to shop here again? Got it to be transferred back to my card. within 7 working days.
Retards, it makes more sense to just go to the local shop late or another delivery site, rather than wait for these duffers to show up at their own convenience for which they already take advance aishwaryasingh23ment. And to be exact, I live in the heart of the city and not some boondocks.
Very unprofessional. Worst experience.
