Only great catalog, but when it comes to service they fail miserably. In my last two orders their staff delivered at least one wrong item and when I ask for urgent replacement as I have to cook on same day they refused by saying it's out of stock. But I noticed the item was still available for days on their website to purchase again. Their response is pathetic.
When it comes to groceries the variety matters the most, in my earlier order instead of 8" Pizza Bread Medium size they delivered thin crust pizza bread which I have to accept it as I had nothing else to eat, and of course the pizza s*cked. All my expensive toppings and cheese wasted.
Then I made a huge mistake by trusting them once again. They proved me right. I ordered 7 items to make pizza but the main 2 items sausages and nuggets were not delivered instead they brought Chicken Legs and Shami kebab? What the hell? has anyone ever heard of chicken leg pizza or shami kebab pizza ever? how can someone be so illiterate you just have to read the item in the orders and place it in the box. The customer care was forcing to accept the rest of the items but without sausages how can one make pizza? I had to return my entire order to which the customer care wrote order cancelled on customer behalf? I think it should be order returned as wrong items delivered?
Also never trust them with frozen items or chocolates as every time their coldstorage box delivers melted chocolates and cheese which you have to refrigerate it to harden it for use.
Even their customer care number is chargeable, so even if wrong order is delivered you have to spend more money to contact them and get the issue solved.
