First mistake they made was that when I had ordered the item Priya Pickle - Tomato(With Garlic) 500 gm Bottle - 1 No worth Rs.105.00, Instead of this they sent me a 300 gm Bottle, I made a comlaint through Phone, I asked them to Replace the Bottle or Refund the Deference amount to my wallet account.
Till this point, ok acceptable mistakes can be made. Now this is what pissed me off.
They sent a person next day to collect bottle in request to refund the money but he came with a slip which did not mention the item or the amount of it, instead it was written as item freebee with value amount of zero ruppees. I asked him why does it say freebee and not mention the actual item and value of it, for which he replied i'll just call the authority and find out but he never got back. its been a day since he left.
And when I call the customer care next day she said no sir we did not send anyone to collect the item and that they will be deducting the differance amount of the items.
For sure I sense some kind of malpratice or cheating going on in the company.
