Very bad experience with big basket. The food packets are torn and by the looks we can make out it is either eaten by rodents or is torn in transit. The delivery guys just do their job of delivering and nothing else and do not listen to any complaints. They will not take these damaged packets back. The customer care team is even a step ahead. They will be 200% emphathetic towards your concern and they repeat the same words of comfort every time they send an email to you but issue never gets sorted. After numerous mails they finally replaced my order of basmati rice and almonds but it came with a debit balance in my wallet. looks like I cannot order anything till I pay for something that I have already returned to BB. Is this a joke?
Also, they still have not refunded for one of my food item that was never delivered at the first place. It is better to look for alternatives than rely on this brand who CHEATS its customers.
