I have ordered 4 times so far and each time have had to call support multiple times. They never track if they are giving free offers correctly, if at all you select products which they have promotions for they still don't send the get one free part giving pathetic reasons.
They expect you to track all possible promo codes and offers and do not show those as options while checking out.
The discount offers are not geared to customer either.
Seriously pathetic experience which I will not wish on enemies.
All fruit/veg quality is very low and not at all worth the price.
This is the last time we ever shop at big basket.
