I feel this review is:
Rude customer care: Innovative retail concepts Pvt. Ltd, plot no 104 Industrial area Gurgaon been rude n not interested in resolving the issue. Order BGUO-15180025-080916. The delivery man was asked to take back all the items of the current order of 561.15+ VAT 39.30 because of an issue with a old debit of Rs.135.73 which did not specify details of items in the old invoice. Big Basket is no good.Either the delivery is late or some flimsy reason of non delivery of order is given.
