Hi friends I have use this website and done online shopping two times and I am very dissapointed by their service because first time they deliver me a wrong product as my product was exchange by other and second time the product they deliver was of very cheap quality.
I am very big fan of Shahrukh Khan and also the reasons of using this website was that , that Shahrukh Khan is a brand ambassader of Bigbasket .
I suggest you not to use this website because you will be definately dissapointed.
This website do not give fresh vegetable to us and sometimes the smell of the vegetables had rotten smell. So friends think about twice while using this website.
Guys I have used many online websites but this is worst app I have ever seen and very poor service this website gives.
