*This is with reference to an order BBVO-9786091-290416 which was made on 28th April 2016 for a delivery slot of 1st May 2016(7:30-10:00)PM, so far they have not contacted me about any possible delay and the order has not been delivered yet. This is second time with me when they have not fulfilled their commitment . I feel they have too many orders to handle . If you rely on them, most of the time you are gonna be disappointed . Advertising with big stupids of Bollywood doesn't make you big rather good service makes you big . Highly disappointing and unprofessional service, I feel it is better to go to a nearby grocery shop, spend an hour to select the product and get them delivered in couple of hours .
Moreover the no given on their website 186 01231000 is not a toll free no, and nobody answers your call, it seems like somebody will pick up the phone, the stupid music goes on and on, when you disconnect the call, you realize that you are charged for listening to stupid music and idiocy of BigBasket.*
