I have ordered groceries from big basket thrice till date. They delivered it on time without any problem. But I got low quality vegetables everytime. Recently, there were insects in snake gourd and half of the potatoes were also delivered spoiled. Only best part were the apples, they were fresh and sweet. Also some of the items are out of stock and I don't see them in stock with in a week. I would not recommend buying vegetables from big basket.
