Well, this review comes after my 14th order from bigbasket, and they have never ever disappointed me till date. All the items are delivered in the best possible manner, whether it be food times, groceries, kitchen utensils or health products. The delivery is so convenient and can be scheduled as per you want to, place an order today and get it tomorrow in the early hours, this is the best part, unlike flipkart or amazon who takes 6 to 7 days to deliver basic necessity items even after having membership account. Bigbasket fulfills it in hours. The delivery staff is very polite and they have good knowledge of the areas, unlike others they don't call randomly and say to come here and there.
