Today while I was placing the order, the Order was not placed and the Amount was deducted from PayuMoney, request you to please refund the amount of Rs 563.05 which was deducted.

Also there is no error handling from Big Basket side in case of a stuck payment/failed order like in this case, you get no email confirmation
Request BigBasket to please refund the amount of Rs 436.05 ASAP
