I feel this review is:
Bigbasket.com gives you the products which are manufactured a year ago and kept in some godown for days. Few of my products were in very bad condition and when I requested for a replacement, I got a message that I need to pay extra amount. I had to call customer care to explain them again that its a replacement order and not a new one. You get 100rs discount overall but you will end up spending that 100rs on calling their customer care. Customer care is worst too and they dont even listen to what we say. Avoid bigbasket
