I had a fixed slot for delivery, stayed home and waited for them. No one showed up and no one called. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting, I emailed cust service and got back a standard reply with a ticket no. I then phoned them and spoke to someone who said "sorry" and then told me that the driver had said that he could not find my address! But No one had called to inform me of this.they had the number and so did the driver. I told them to forget about the order and again emailed customer service, asking someone to call me.No response. Someone showed up at 1005pm at my home. I said it was late and not the time for someone to come, without anyone from the company informing me about it. I asked him to take the order back. If he wanted to deliver, he should do so in the morning.
Within few mins I got a call, saying that the delivery guy had said that my security man had told him to take away the goods. I asked him to first read what time the delivery was booked for. He then said sorry it was late. I told him that their customer service was terrible, no response and no call, and asked if it is normal practice to send delivery people at 10pm to people's homes without telling them. He tried to book for the next morning and offered 10% off but only as a credit, not off the bill. I would think carefully before dealing with them.I am glad I had not prepaid.
