I had placed my order on the 2nd of May to be delivered on 3rd May between 5 to 7.30 slot.
The order was cancelled automatically and I got a call from Big Basket at 9.30 stating my order could not be delivered. This morning it was surprising I again received a call stating the order would be delivered late. Finally at 9.10 the delivery person was at my door step,
when I checked the products most of them were rotten, I had to cancel the whole order.
Post which I called the customer service, they just said sorry for the inconvenience and didn't nothing about it, when I asked to transfer the call to the senior the call was dropped.
From morning 9 am until 12. pm I had not outcome.
My previous order of last week as well had issues . If any one from bigbasket reading this review would know what a bad experience I went though checking your calls records.
